On Thursday, July 25, fans will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of Those About to Die during Peacock’s back-to-back panel block in Ballroom 20. The panel, “Behind-the-Action of Peacock’s Gladiator Epic Those About to Die,” will delve into the Roman Empire’s explosive intersection of sports and politics.

From Thursday, July 25 through Sunday, July 28, fans can immerse themselves in the glory of Ancient Rome with Peacock’s “Those About to Die: The Chariot Race” activation. Located in the vibrant Gaslamp District, this in-world experience will bring the ancient “Circus Maximus” to life. Visitors will step inside the betting tavern, join one of the five coveted factions from the show, and experience the adrenaline rush of a chariot race.

Participants will be divided into factions and given the chance to whip a pair of reins to power their team’s chariot to victory. This unique activation is designed to transport fans directly into the high-stakes, thrilling world of Those About to Die.
