The Boys Presents: Diabolical is coming to Prime Video on March 4, 2022, and celebrates with a first look teaser “Laser Baby.”

Prime Video has announced that the 8-episode animated spinoff series of The Boys, The Boys Presents: Diabolical, will begin streaming on the platform beginning March 4, 2022. The fun-sized episodes run from 12-14 minutes and each episode will feature its own animation style and tell an untold tale within the universe of The Boys. These stories are being told by some of the most bloody creative minds in entertainment like Awkwafina, Garth Ennis, Eliot Glazer and Ilana Glazer, Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, Simon Racioppa, Justin Roiland and Ben Bayouth, Andy Samberg, and Aisha Tyler. Check out the teaser and see for yourself.

The Boys Presents: Diabolical – First Look Teaser – “Laser Baby”

Seeing heads be disintegrated in Animaniacs-ish-styled art is something I did not know I needed. The series looks full take advantage of the limitless possibilities of the animation medium and tell some poignantly gruesome tales that are likely to get audiences to laugh and think. The Boys is revered for its deep take on society and extremely graphic point of view, and Diabolical looks carry on that spirit. I can not wait to see all the different styles of animation used, and can’t help but think there is an anime-inspired one and at least one stop-motion one.

Professional Nerd | Amateur Human | Creative/Content Director The best way to describe Kevin Fenix is the kid you never tell what the buttons do in video games so you have a chance to win. Being 6’ 4” and Asian, he never really fit in, so he got comfortable standing out. Not only is it easy to find him in crowds, he dabbles in the culinary arts, does a little stand up and improv, and can honestly say Spider-Man is the Jesus-like influence of his life. Kevin Fenix loves dogs, movies, television, comics, comedy, and to shoot people… with video.
