Did you ever want to take a trip down the rabbit hole like Alice? Well, get ready to lose that choice in Catie in MeowmeowLand, when you are pulled down one and thrown into a wacky and surreal world.
Catie in MeowmeowLand is a comical point-and-click adventure game that is based on Alice in Wonderland. Created by ARTillery and published through Blowfish Studios, this game is everything we didn’t know we needed.

Traditional point-and-click games can be a little uneventful for some people, but that is not an issue with Catie in MeowmeowLand. How can it be when the first part of the trailer is coming out of a cat’s behind? It’s not clear what that might say about you or gamers in general who were instantly sold on the idea (like me), but it does hint at the fact that you have a great sense of humor. And that is what this game is all about.
Catie in Meowmeowland Is The Fever Dream You Need
Catie finds herself in the bizarre world of MeowmeowLand, which is full of cats and absurd characters. Your mission is to help her find her way home safely as she travels through magical and mysterious lands. Including a vibrant mushroom forest, ironic underground astronomy tower, mysterious magical lake, and lofty stalactite-like fountains atop the cave’s roof. Along the way you will face unexpected characters and even more unpredictable yet comical situations, while having to solve all kinds of original puzzles.

This hallucinatory, fantastical storybook is beautifully crafted with 24 hand-drawn 2D landscapes and over 100 fun characters. Just a few of those characters are the Giant Cheshire Cat, Waring Pirate Fish, and the Crazy Blue Elephant. Plus over 2 hours of captivating animations due to the backgrounds, foregrounds, and midgrounds being chock-full with interactables that provide useful items or nonsensical situations.

The art really deserves the spotlight in this game. Based on children’s books illustrations, every aspect of this game will catch your eye with its colorful, detailed depictions. As well as make you feel wrapped up in the cozy embrace of nostalgia.

Catie in MeowmeowLand will launch Wednesday, March 30, 2022 and will be available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/s, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Mac via Steam and GOG for $14.99. It also h as support for English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Slovak, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified and traditional) language options.
