Crunchyroll Announces Solo Leveling 2024 Premiere Screening in London

Solo Levelling anime premiere screening revealed by Crunchyroll. The event will bring the first 2 episodes earlier within venues in the UK, France, and Germany.

Crunchyroll announced a special screening for Solo Leveling, allowing fans in the UK to watch the latest anime sooner. The highly anticipated anime coming to the platform in 2024 will give fans the chance to watch the first two episodes before anyone else. The event is taking place in France, Germany, and London to celebrate the arrival of a new adaptation of a popular web novel. The exclusive event will feature the first 2 episodes of the anime for fans to see on the big screen. 

Solo Leveling is a highly anticipated adaptation of the popular Korean web novel by Chugong. The web novel series was previously adapted into a webtoon and a Korean live-action adaptation is currently in development. The upcoming anime series was first announced during the Anime Expo 2022 and has been produced by A-1 Pictures, with director Shunsuke Nakashige. It was originally set for release in 2023 but was delayed to 2024, with Crunchyroll acquiring the license to simulcast for fans outside of Asia. 

Special UK Premiere Screening of Solo Leveling Announced by Crunchyroll 

The beloved Korean manhwa Solo Leveling, written by Chugong and illustrated by DUBU (REDICE Studio), will be adapted into an anime series by Japanese studio A-1 Pictures. Highly anticipated, the show will be one of the flagship titles of the next season, starting in January 2024 on Crunchyroll.

A premiere of the first two episodes (44 minutes) is scheduled in December in 3 European countries: 

  • France (Paris – Le Grand Rex – 11.12.23) 
  • Germany (Berlin – Colosseum – 12.12.23) 
  • United Kingdom (London – Cineworld Leicester Square – 13.12.23) 

Tickets will go on sale today via Eventbrite with the event allowing fans to access through the doors at 18:15 local time, followed by the screening starting at 19:00 and concluding at 21:00.

This anime series has been extremely popular among fans as many have been awaiting its release since it was first announced in 2022. The story premise is such an exciting take on a battle against humans and monsters and has already demonstrated a great amount of action to please isekai fans. Although it has been a long wait, this event will be a brilliant chance for fans near London to check out the anime adaptation as a little Christmas gift before 2024. With such a potent following, it wouldn’t be a surprise if tickets sold out instantly so grab them while you can.

The Solo Leveling premiere event will be held in London’s Cineworld Leicester Square on December 13, 2023. The screening will feature the Japanese Dub with English Subtitles for the first 2 episodes of the new anime series coming to Crunchyroll in January 2024. Tickets are live for fans to gain their seat for the exclusive event via Eventbrite
