Prime Video finally unveiled the official trailer for the second half of Season 2 of the critically acclaimed adult animated superhero series, Invincible. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the second half of Season 2, and the wait isn’t much further away.

It looks like the second half of the season will be another action-packed, intense, and emotional journey as Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun) seeks to continue his journey as the hero named Invincible. It looks like the Sequids are looking to invade Earth and Angstrom Levy (Sterling K. Brown) will be back to cause trouble once again.

Invincible Season 2 debuted to much fanfare back in November. While there was a bit of a break to get to the second half of Season 2, the good news is that the wait for Season 3 won’t be as long as the break between the first two seasons. Amazon MGM Studios previously announced the show got a Season 3 renewal.

Invincible co-creator Robert Kirkman explained the seasonal gap during a previous interview with Variety. So while it took a while to load out all of Season 2, fans won’t have to agonize quite as long to get the next batch of episodes compared to the first season. Also, here’s hoping that more specials or spinoffs could be made like the Atom Eve special episode released in July 2023.

Season 2 received the Golden Tomato Award for Best Animated Series from Rotten Tomatoes. It’s also still Certified Fresh with a 100% score. The first season, the Atom Eve special, and the first half of Season 2 are also available to stream now on Prime Video.
