This epic continuation of Legendary Pictures’ cinematic Monsterverse promises to bring audiences back into the colossal fray between the almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla, as they face a new, hidden threat that challenges their existence and the future of humanity.

The screenplay is a collaborative effort by Terry Rossio, Simon Barrett, and Jeremy Slater, with a story crafted by Rossio, Wingard, and Barrett. The film is produced by a team of Monsterverse veterans, including Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Eric Mcleod, Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni, and Brian Rogers, with Wingard and others serving as executive producers.
