These new figures include the Power Flip Optimus Prime (Orion Pax) figure, the COG Changers, and Robot battlers. Some of these new figures also reveal some fan-favorite characters who will be appearing in the upcoming movie.
HASBRO ROLLS OUT NEW TRANSFORMERS ONE FIGURES LATER THIS SUMMER
The new Power Flip Optimus Prime (aka Orion Pax) will be available this summer and is priced at $49.99. This figure converts between four different modes, including Orion Pax, Cybertronian Truck toy, Optimus Prime, and Ultimate Optimus Prime.
The figure stands between 8-10 inches. Fans can hold the figure’s arms and flip the figure for an epic finale to finish the conversion to Ultimate Optimus Prime. The figure includes lights, sounds, and phrases that activate at the push of a button or by converting between modes. It speaks in English only and also includes a sword, Energon axe, shield, and Matrix of Leadership accessories that can attach to the action figure in each mode. It also includes 3x A76/LR44 button cell batteries. You can check out the images of the new figure below:
Also revealed is the Transformers One COG Changers Assortment. These are priced more economically at 9.99 a piece and are aimed at ages 6 and up. They will be out this summer. These are 4-inch figures converted from robot to ald mote in just one step. Fans can press the cog and the figure will automatically convert to its alt mode.
This simple conversion is perfect for young fans. Wave 1 of these figures will be out in the summer with more out in the fall. They include Bumblebee, Wheeljack, and Airachnid. Airachnid was already glimpsed in the trailer, but it’s nice to see that the classic G1 character Wheeljack will be appearing in the film as well. You can check out that assortment below:
Also coming from Hasbro is the Transformers One Robot Battlers Assortment. These are 4.5-inch figures priced at $14.99 a piece for ages 6 and up and are due out later this summer. These are easy-to-convert figures from robot to alt-mode in a few easy steps. The first assortment arrives in the summer and more characters are due out later in the fall.
The first wave includes Bumblebee, Sentinel Prime, and Elita-1. You can check out some images of the first wave of Robot Battlers figures for the movie below:
Last but not least is the Transformers One Robot Battlers two-pack featuring Optimus Prime and Megatron. This two-pack is priced at $24.99 for ages 6 and up. They will also be available later this summer. This is a two-pack of 4.5-inch figures that can convert from robot to alt mode in a few easy steps.
This looks to be a fun twist on the classic Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots motif. Fans can place the figures on Battle Bases and slide the finger slots for cool action moves. You have to knock a figure off the base to win the battle. The figures have articulated heads, arms, and legs for awesome poses. The set includes a Battle Base and an Energon Power Sword that attaches in Robot mode. The two-pack features Optimus Prime (aka Orion Pax) and Megatron (aka D-16).
Transformers One will showcase the previously untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron. They were once friends bonded like brothers who ultimately changed the fate of Cybertron forever. This was before they became the leaders of the Autobot and Decepticon factions.
