We are 9 months away from the biggest Power Rangers event on the planet, Power Morphicon. Thousands of fans from around the world will flock to the Pasadena Convention Center on September 4th through 6th of 2020 to celebrate one of the longest running TV shows of all time. What’s more, we now know who the first guest will be.
Jason David Frank is arguably the one of the greatest and most recognizable Power Rangers of all time. Frank played Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, on Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers and was recently a part of the biggest anniversary episode of all time in the last season, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel.
Jason David Frank Won’t Be Alone
Jason David Frank will be making his second consecutive Power Morphicon appearance next year, giving fans another chance to meet one of the most iconic Rangers ever! This Morphicon is expected to have a lot of other surprises in store for its attendees. Last year’s Morphicon was the first for Hasbro, who now own the franchise, so there’s a lot of uncertainty about the status quo. We can only hope that 2020’s Morphicon will be the one to reunite the original team from Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers, because just about everyone would like to see that.
One thing’s for sure, though: Power Morphicon will be full of revelations, panels, and vendors. More guests should be announced soon, and we personally can’t wait to see who’s coming. If you’re a fan of the longtime series, this event is a can’t miss.
