We know the iconic villain Michael Myers, and we know he is pretty tough to get rid of, so fans are left wondering if Halloween Ends will truly be the end.
This series has seen a number of reboots and sequels throughout the years. John Carpenter claims his goal is to end this franchise with this movie, but if it makes a lot of money, then it will be hard for studios to wrap it up for real this time. Regardless, fans are excited to see if Michael Myers survives or not when the movie come outs.

John Carpenter tells ComicBook.com:
“Let me explain the movie business to you: if you take a dollar sign and attach it to anything, there will be somebody who wants to do a sequel. it will live. If the dollar sign is not big enough, no matter what, it will not live.”
Is Halloween Ends Yet Another Beginning?
John Carpenter also expressed the uncertainty after Halloween Ends, though.
“I don’t know man. I don’t know. This time, I do not know. They want to end. They’re going to shut it off, end it. It’s what David Gordon Green has in mind. That’s fine.” Green is to take this series in whatever direction he wishes along with Carpenter’s offering notes and input.
The original 1978 Halloween was a huge hit in movie history, so its legacy is secured even if this is the last movie in the franchise. Fans will be kept waiting until October 14th of this year for Halloween Ends to hit theaters.
Will it be worth the wait? Or, will Michael Myers continue to be immortal and live on still haunting Haddonfield, Illinois? How will Halloween Ends top the previous movies? We can’t wait to see what will happen with this film!
