Relic Hunters Legend coming to life from Rogue Snail and Gearbox Publishing partnership.
Yesterday during the Gearbox Main Theatre Show at PAX East 2022, Gearbox Publishing and Rogue Snail games announced Relic Hunters Legend! A 4-play top-down co-op looter, Relic Hunters Legends is going to surprise everyone, according to Gearbox Founder, Randy Pitchford. Pitchford said he went “…f*&!@ nuts!” playing the game he played for nearly 40-hours straight. His unfiltered love of the game could be felt by all in the Main Theatre and after watching the Rogue Snail team talk about the game, the hype for this game is at an all-time high.
Rogue Snail Dev Team Talks about Relic Hunters Legend
Rogue Snail Games is a Brazilian team of developers who put their heart and soul into the Relic Hunters Legend and were so happy to share it with the world at PAX East. The passion emanates from the game’s vibrant look and mesmerizing design. Lucy Guerror and Lelly Costa, community managers of Rogue Snail, gave us a general overview of the game. Steve Gibson, president of Gearbox Publishing, adds to PItchford’s sentiments saying “we fell in love with the game… we’ve been playing it so damn much… we can’t wait for everyone to get their hands on it!”

“It was here at PAX East, almost two years ago to the day when we started conversations with Gearbox – now we’re unveiling our partnership to the world, and we couldn’t be more excited. We’ll have a lot more to share on Relic Hunters Legend soon and how everyone can get involved.”
Relic Hunters Legend is currently in development with no set release date. However the key features of the game were shared with us:

- Power Up – Choose from several Hunters with unique abilities, upgrade your equipment, and customize skills to perfect your Relic-Hunting machine! Relic Hunters Legend is an exciting looter-shooter RPG where you can customize each Hunter to fit your playstyle. Enjoy theory-crafting and tons of stats that will satisfy the most hardcore players!
- Adventure Awaits – Run and gun online in full 3D environments with smart enemies, cool abilities, and upgradable weapons and armor. Chill out solo, with people you know, or help out some fellow rebels in need! Put on your game face and tackle some serious challenges or a kick-back looting mission whenever you feel like it.
- PC Optimized – Featuring 4K Resolution, unlocked framerate, ultrawide support, as well as fully customizable controls and many options to make your gameplay smooth like butter.
