Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge arrives in one week!

Tribute Games and Dotemu have dropped some major news today about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge in a new trailer released today. In the trailer, a new playable character, 6-player cooperative mode, and a release date for the game have all been announced. It is too much good news to take in. Playing 4-player co-op was always a need for a TMNT game, but 6-players just seems beyond comprehension. It is a feature we must try out immediately! So many questions about the feature, how is it balanced? What if someone drops out? What if someone drops in? Watch the trailer and witness the glory.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Release Date Trailer

Goongala! With the addition of Casey Jones, that makes a total of playable characters so far. With the roster that deep and the ability to play 6-players at a time, it isn’t unlikely there may be more characters to be added to the roster. As the game obviously goes deep into the lore of the series, there is definitely more characters to bring in. But even more exciting, the game is releasing in one week! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will release on PC, PS4, XB1, Switch & Game Pass! on June 16, 2022.

We have been following this game very closely since it was announced, and now we’re just days away from being able to play it. Our boy Rooney got to play the game at PAX East 2022 and loved it. He was one of the first people to get to play as April. And now people will get to play as April and Casey Jone! If Rooney’s reaction to the game is any indication, it seems like it can only get better, especially with the 6-player feature and new character added. You can see more of the hockey-masked vigilante in the stills below.

Honestly played a TMNT game with 5 other friends and some pizza just seems like one of the best ways possible to spend a day and I cannot wait to make it happen.
