It’s nearly impossible to put into words how excited I am to be revisiting the special group of chaotic misfits that is the HyperForce team with Meghan, Federico and BOOM! Studios,” said co-writer Melissa Flores. “I’ve never forgotten the incredible amount of love the TTRPG series received from the fans, and I’m so thankful to be able to pay back just a little bit of that with a new adventure for them in this medium.” Meghan Camarena is a writer, host, and professional gamer based in Los Angeles. Her most recent works include co-creating and co-writing Radiant Pink, a Massive Verse title for Image Comics, as well as starring as the 25th Anniversary Pink Power Ranger, voicing Kimberly Hart in the Battle for the Grid video game, and working as a celebrated Internet personality, helping to shape the face of modern digital entertainment for the last 16 years. Meghan is set to release a series of new projects this year and is excited about her new endeavor with BOOM! Studios. “WE DID IT! Hyperforce lives thanks to the incredible Melissa Flores, Frederico Sabbatini, and BOOM! Studios,” said co-writer Meghan Camarena. “Together, we’re telling the Hyperforce tale right where it left off and you’re never going to guess where it takes us. Thank you to the fans for always believing in these characters and waiting for us to finish the story. It’s meant so much to me to bring Chloe back to life and I can hardly wait for you to read what she’s been up to!” Federico Sabbatini is a comic book artist living in Rome. He has worked for several publishing houses such as Marvel Comics (Moon Knight, Star Wars, The Amazing Spider-Man), Archie Comics, Aspen Comics, and recently for BOOM! Studios. He has illustrated several covers for Image Comics including Radiant Black, The Dead Lucky, and No/One. “Working on Power Rangers is a dream come true! I’ve been a huge fan of the series since when I was a child and I wish I could tell the Federico of twenty years ago that this day was going to come,” said artist Federico Sabbatini. “Working with Melissa and Meghan was amazing, we are a great team!” POWER RANGERS UNLIMITED: HYPERFORCE #1 features a standard cover by Keyla Valerio (Power Rangers Unlimited: The Death Ranger), with variants by fan-favorite artists Goñi Montes and InHyuk Lee.
