65 was a bit quiet at the box office, but those who have seen it seemed to enjoy it. It’s a very direct movie and a very safe way to introduce horror elements to younger audiences. It’s a very visual performance and has really great production value. Plus the back-and-forth between Driver and Greenblatt is wonderful. Even though they do not understand each other verbally, they come to understand each other very well and it highlights how much communication really is more nonverbal than verbal.

Seeing the behind the scenes of making this film will surely give a lot of insight on how to tell a story directly without being verbally literal. Plus it is always great to see how they bring dinosaurs to life on the big screen.

65 releases on Digital May 2, 2023, and on 4K, Blu-Ray, and DVD May 30, 2023.

Professional Nerd | Amateur Human | Creative/Content Director The best way to describe Kevin Fenix is the kid you never tell what the buttons do in video games so you have a chance to win. Being 6’ 4” and Asian, he never really fit in, so he got comfortable standing out. Not only is it easy to find him in crowds, he dabbles in the culinary arts, does a little stand up and improv, and can honestly say Spider-Man is the Jesus-like influence of his life. Kevin Fenix loves dogs, movies, television, comics, comedy, and to shoot people… with video.
