Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash has been unleashed today on various platforms, bringing the cursed combat to the gaming world. Bandai Namco has debuted the first video game adaptation on a range of consoles and even on PC via Steam. The 3D action brawler will bring iconic characters from the globally hyped manga and anime series, including characters from the 1st movie. Bandai Namco revealed the video game adaptation last year, featuring the iconic characters seen throughout the story so far. Jujutsu Kaisen started as a manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami first published on July 4, 2018. The popularity of the series led to an anime adaptation which premiered on October 3, 2020. The anime series currently consists of 2 seasons and a movie for its run so far, with a season 3 coming soon. Crunchyroll has also featured the latest installment as a nominee for the Anime Awards 2024, which will take place in Japan this March.

Bandai Namco Europe today released Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash, the first console videogame adaptation of the sensational manga and anime series Jujutsu Kaisen, on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™, and PC via STEAM®. In this powerful 3D action brawler, players will learn to master their cursed energy and battle it out with their favorite characters.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash offers a single-player mode that will take fans through the crazy action of the series’ first season as well as the anime feature film JUJUTSU KAISEN 0, where Yuji Itadori, Yuta Okkotsu, and a cast of unique sorcerers defend humanity against monsters known as Curses in modern-day Japan. In the multiplayer modes, players can choose between sixteen of their favorite characters and compete in 2v2 matches, ranked or casual, in private online lobbies or with strangers, where they will have to learn intense Cursed Techniques to unleash powerful tag-team attacks and combos. With more battles comes more power; players will unlock stronger attacks as they increase their fighter’s power level.
With its dynamic movements and animations, mighty attacks, and a distinctive aesthetic faithful to the series, Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash will appeal to fans of the series and firstcomers looking for explosive anime fights.
