Netflix has a fun new comedy feature in the works with an impressive cast of talented actors. The new film, Kinda Pregnant, comes from The Out-Laws filmmaker Tyler Spindel. The new feature boasts an impressive cast, including Trainwreck star and award-winning comedian Amy Schumer, Brittany Runs a Marathon and Murder Mystery 2 star Jillian Bell, Will Forte (The Last Man on Earth, MacGruber), Damon Wayans Jr. (Players, Happy Endings), and Brianne Howey.

The new film comes from producer Adam Sandler and his Happy Madison production company. Spindel directs from a script by Julie Paiva (Writer of The Secret short). Kinda Pregnant follows the story of a young woman who opts to wear a fake baby bump and accidentally meets the man of her dreams.
NETFLIX ASSEMBLES ALL-STAR CAST FOR KINDA PREGNANT
Sandler is producing the film with Tim Herlihy, Judit Maull, Kevin Grady, and Eli Thomas for his Happy Madison banner. Molly Sims is also producing for Happy Productions, with Amy Schumer and Alex Saks producing the film for Saks Picture Company. Barry Bernardi and Michael D. Robins are executive producing the project.
Sandler has had quite a strong relationship with Netflix as of late. He’s already lined up his second comedy special with the streamer, and his CG-animated feature Leo, which was a Netflix original, drew very good reviews. Now, Netflix is going to be handling this new high-concept comedy that he’s co-producing.
This looks to be an impressive cast of comedic veterans, so it should be a lot of fun to see what they come up with for this concept. The premise sounds fresh, fun, and original, and the cast is great, so hopefully it will live up to that.

Kinda Pregnant is in the works for Netflix. It will debut exclusively on the streamer later on. It does not yet have an official release date.
