Get excited One Piece fans as a new cafe modeled after the famous manga/anime is coming to America in Las Vegas on May 11, 2024. This will be the first official One Piece Cafe to open in Las Vegas. There seems to be One Piece fever going around, as just recently the 25th anniversary of the anime was celebrated all around Europe.
It is clear to see that One Piece has truly touched the hearts of so many fans across the world, starting in Asia and making its way across Europe and to the United States. Now 25 years on it looks like the story of Monkey D. Luffy is loved by the original fans as well as new.

It seems the One Piece franchise is never ending with the Guinness world record of the most copies published in a single book series, written by a single author. More than 510 million copies sold worldwide, an anime series that expands over 1000 episodes and 15 movies, being made into video games and even a trading card game that is growing in popularity.
ONE PIECE CAFE TO OPEN IN LAS VEGAS
Toei Animation, who produced One Piece and other big hits such as Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball, made a partnership with restaurateur Andy Nguyen of Greatness LLC, who is co-founder of the Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe and Trill Burgers, that led to the making of the One Piece Cafe to open in Las Vegas.
Andy Nguyen Founder of Greatness LLC made the following comment on his new business adventure:
“We can’t think of a better location for the One Piece Cafe than right here in Las Vegas, Bringing to life one of the world’s most famous anime franchises and marrying it with one of my greatest passions, food is a dream come true. Our hope is to bring folks together at the Cafe to celebrate what One Piece represents: camaraderie, friendship, the promise of adventure and a delicious journey for all.”

It’s time to set sail for the One Piece Cafe!”

Want to know a little more before visiting? Here is a breakdown of what we know. The decor of the cafe will, of course, be One Piece themed. Monkey D. Luffy and his straw hat pirate crew will be depicted across the 2,000-square-foot building showing Luffy and his crew on their epic mission to find the One Piece.
What’s even better than being inside a cafe inspired by the hit series? Well, that would be trying out their character-inspired menu! The culinary wonders are made based on the characters’ favorite foods from the anime. You will not be disappointed with the choice when you can try such delicious dishes such as Zoro’s Onigiri, Mighty Meats Pirates Platter a tribute to Luffy’s meat obsession, Tajio’s Beef curry, and many more.
Why stop there when you can even dive into the sweetest of treasures with the One Piece Cafe dessert menu with favorites such as Big Mum’s Wedding Cake (a three-tiered cake that has layers of chocolate, strawberry, and ube). Gum-Gum Fruit Mousse (Vanilla sponge cake sealed in a white chocolate shell and covered with fresh fruit) is clearly inspired by the devil’s fruit from the anime.
You can even enjoy the Stretchy Mochi Cookies! They come in multiple flavors like mango, ube, matcha, and strawberry, a dessert inspired by Luffy’s stretchy ability that came from eating the devil’s fruit. Want to sweeten the deal even more?
