Digimon Liberator Adds new issues for the Web Novel, bringing magnificent new Digimon evolutions. This includes brand new Digimon for the well-known Tyrannomon and Frigimon to digivolve into. In addition to the new Digimon, new characters have also been revealed as part of the Debugger team and as part of the Web novel exclusives. These new Tamers join Yuuki and Winr as they make their debut, with new Digimon cards revealed for the latest additions to the series.
Digimon Liberator continues to feature brand-new installments for the Web Comic as Arisa recently concludes her battle against Violet. Episode 4 Part 2 of the comic features the Fable Waltz deck with Shoemon against V’s Three Musketeers Digimon deck. The Web Novel previously debuted installments featuring Yuuki and Impmon followed by Winr and Fanbeemon, with brand new exclusive Digimon for both lines. Both releases include exclusive characters, but the novel released only consisted of 4 installments during its first release.
Digimon Liberator: Web Novel Continues As New Installments Bring Forth New Characters

Digimon Liberator featuring Yuuki and Impmon are now joined by 2 new tamers as 4 new installments have debuted this Thursday. This includes Debug 3 and Debug 3, which are split into 2 parts and feature new Digimon. However, these are new Digimon for iconic Digimon known seen the beginning of the franchise. This involved champion-level Digimon as Tyrannomon and Frigimon are given new evolutions as they battle in card form with new Tamers.
The Tamers of Liberator Web Novel
The first releases introduced fans to two new tamers and their Digimon, including the main protagonists Yuuki and Impmon. Debug 2 featured a 2-part release as part of the first release, which introduces Winr and Fanbeemon. However, they will now be joined by two new characters as the new Debug episodes premiere Red-deck player Ryutaro Williams and Blue-deck player Suzune Kazuki. New characters have already been teased as new additions to the website shed light on upcoming characters.

Ryutaro and Tyrannomon have featured their debut in Debug 3.1 and 3.2, with Suzune partnered with Frigimon in Debug 4.1 and 4.2. As part of their debut, character profiles have been featured for the 4 new characters in the Web Novel section. The official website also revealed a relationship chart, which allows fans to see all the characters and their connections so far. There is also a clear theme occurring for characters, which includes Digimon getting brand-new evolutions that differ from past incarnations. This was also seen for Impmon and Fanbeemon as their first battle debut their new associated cards and effects for the first time.
Liberator-Exclusive Digimon Lines Releasing as Booster Cards
Fans have already seen the incredible new lines for Impmon and Fanbeemon, but now two new Digimon continue the trend. Impmon now has a new Dark Dragon line that includes Punkmon, Loudmon, and HeavyMetalmon. Whereas Fanbeemon variants in the new royal base line that include Forgebeemon, Vespamon, and Queenbeemon. Now, Season 1 veterans, Frigimon and Tyrannomon, will debut new evolutions in the Digimon Card Game.
This includes Frigimon digivolving into a new direct line that features Polarbearmon and Skadimon, with Penguinmon as the Rookie stage. Tyrannomon was revealed to keep Agumon as a Rookie level Digimon and his ultimate form, MasterTyrannomon. However, Dinomon was a newly revealed Mega Digimon that features as the pinnacle of this fiery Dinosaur Digimon. The cards also reveal a new trait and main effects for both Digimon, which include the “ice-snow” trait and the “Iceclad” effect for the new Frigimon line.
These new Digimon are absolutely perfect and bring their own unique charm associated with expected characteristics. Fanbeemon line relating to a ‘Beehive’ was long overdue, but it’s fantastic to finally see an arctic bear line that finally gives Frigimon direct Digivolutions. Dinomon may be a simple name, but his design and bio on Digimon Web go beyond expectations. The best feature is the claws for the Mega Digimon that are reminiscent of Flamedramon, creating a brilliant link between both Digimon.
This is an incredible new installment that was long overdue after nearly 3 months, but the wait makes sense due to the new inclusion of new cards. It is fantastic that the new line trend continues with the latest characters, especially for old-school Digimon like Frigimon and Tyrannomon. There are also more cards for other Digimon included in the series and boosters, which have acted as opponents for the story too.

Fans also get the delightful reveal that these new cards will also feature in the upcoming EX08 booster, but the story of the new characters was a joy to experience. With the characters perfectly in sync with their Digimon partners, it will be interesting to how the story progresses and who makes their appearance next.
Digimon Liberator Web Novel Chapters Debug 3 and Debug 4 are now available on the official website. Both are split into two installments and all 4 additions to the novel series also feature unique visuals and cards for the series.
Digimon Card Game will feature cards featured in the latest Web Novel issues in the upcoming booster, EX08 – Chains of Liberation. The English version of the upcoming cards will be scheduled for release in January 2025, since it features before the sync version release plan.
Digimon Liberator Web Comic currently features Chapters 0 to 4 and will release Chapter 5 Part 1 on August 15, 2024. The first releases for the Digimon Card Game for the Liberator series will include structure decks and the new EX07 booster, which are scheduled for release on September 13, 2024.
