What Does This Mean For Snake Eyes?
It doesn’t reveal that much, but it does show Henry Golding as he walks up stone steps to a Japanese temple with a sword hanging on his belt.
The image comes from the Japanese set of the G.I. Joe spin-off. The scenes filmed in Japan will reportedly show the character’s origins, where he was trained under Hard Master (Iko Uwais) and meets Storm Shadow (Andrew Koji).
Henry Golding will be joined in the film by Andrew Koki (Warrior), Iko Uwais (The Raid), Úrsula Corberó (Money Heist), Samara Weaving (Ready or Not), Haruka Abe (47 Ronin), Takehiro Hira (Girl/Haiji) and Steven Allerick (The Walking Dead). The film will be directed Red director Robert Schwentke.
