These new collection photos include official looks at the Funko POP! Vinyl Bobblehead for the one and only, M.O.D.O.K., who makes his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in the film.

Funko first shared the images of the new Funko POP! collection for the film on the official Funko Twitter, which you can check out below:

Currently, this new Marvel Studios Funko POP! collection is available to pre-order now at GameStop.com. The first wave includes Ant-Man (Scott Lang), The Wasp (Hope Van Dyne), M.O.D.O.K., and Kang. The regular 4.32-inch Funko POP! Vinyl Bobbleheads are normally priced at $12.99 on GameStop’s website, but GameStop is currently offering them for a slightly discounted price of $12.34. They all have a current shipping date of Jan. 27, 2023, just before the movie is expected to hit theaters.

There have been some merchandise leaks with images of M.O.D.O.K. from the film and his new Funko POP! Vinyl Bobblehead before, but this is the first officially released image. It shows that his name is once again an acronym similar to his comic book counterpart. It typically stands for Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing.

It also shows that his face now appears to be completely metal and cybernetic, and he doesn’t have hair similar to his comic book version. Also, both Ant-Man and M.O.D.O.K. come in cute, little miniature keychain versions of their Funko Pops.

The POP! reveals also feature a look at the maskless Kang, as portrayed by Jonathan Majors in the film. Kang does appear to have his famous blue face mask based on some promotional artwork for the film. It’s not yet clear how the mask will work, but the lines that are normally on his face mask appear to be part of his actual face here.

It’s a curious detail. On closer inspection, those lines also appear to be on actor Jonathan Majors’ face in the film and the latest poster image. He is also decked out in his purple and green suit, which looks comparable to his typical outfit in the comics. it will be interesting to see how Kang’s mask, powers, and abilities will ultimately work in the film.

Thus far, the trailer and footage for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania have only offered some generous snippets of Majors’ Kang. It will be interesting to see what happens when audiences finally get to see the full breadth and width of his abilities, and how terrifying Kang can be as a character.

Fans will finally be able to check their local retail stores for this new Funko POP! collection in January 2023. Meanwhile, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania finally hits theaters on Feb. 17, 2023. The film stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne/Wasp, Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang, Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, and Bill Murray.

It’s not yet clear who is playing M.O.D.O.K. in the film. However, there have been unconfirmed rumors that it could be anyone from Jim Carrey to Corey Stoll, who returns as Darren Cross from the first film, and this is what happened to Cross after he appeared to perish in the Quantum Realm. Peyton Reed returns to direct the threequel, with a script by Jeff Loveness.
