The theaters might be shut down, but new films are still coming our way.
Thanks to an upcoming On Demand release, We Summon The Darkness, will thrill horror-comedy fans this spring.
WE SUMMON THE 80’s DARKNESS?
The new feature is directed by Marc Meyers, with Alexandra Daddario and Johnny Knoxville headlining. We Summon The Darkness is a hellish blast from the past filled with acid-washed fashion, crimped hair, and 80’s era warnings that heavy metal is literally The Devil’s music.
IS IT… SATAN?!
For those confused about the time period, you probably don’t remember the Satanic Panic of the 80s.
There was a time when the world thought that Satanists walked among us, ready to serve up human sacrifices to The Devil. People believed that rock and roll a was a doorway to moral degradation and eventually, Satanism.
If you’re still having a tough time imagining that, just think of Dana Carvey’s Church Lady from Saturday Night Live and you’ll get the gist.
WE SUMMON THE DARKNESS OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

What starts as a party suddenly turns dark and deadly in this devilishly entertaining thriller.
