The gameplay experiences are going to be fantastic for viewers to see. A Microsoft representative stated, “Xbox Series X is running at 60FPS and up to 4K resolution.” The game was visually amazing from start to finish. It had the nostalgic classic look from Halo aesthetic as Master Chief jump into action by land on an alien planet. The gameplay has him showing off several weapons, including his brand new gadgets called the grappling hook and drop wall shield.
They’re both pretty cool additions to an already set character. Also, they’re very straightforward with what they can do in the game. However, The grabbing hook has some neat abilities like throwing/grabbing your items, climbing or scaling cliffs, and jetting yourself in front of an enemy.
As we dive more into the gameplay, we see that we’re getting the open-world setup environment with a more interactive map to assist with your missions and objectives. They have even given us Master Chief riding around in the famous Warthog.
“With Halo Infinite, we’re now able to give players more freedom than ever before to explore a sprawling Halo ring,” the developer said. “This demo shows off just a small section of the open and expansive world we’ve crafted to deliver an epic Master Chief experience. The scale of the environment accessible to players is several times larger than that of the last two Halo games combined with opportunities to discover hidden rewards and assault Banished fortifications in brand new ways.”
At the end of gameplay, We’re given the main antagonist of Halo Infinite. He is one of the banished part of the newly revealed Halo ring. 343 industries say that “the ring is several times bigger than the last two Halo games.”
