Power Rangers fans (including myself) were shocked when Hasbro decided to reveal the Green and Black Dino Fury and Tessa Rao was revealed to be playing Izzy the Green Ranger instead of Alexandra Nuñez as we previously reported.
Nuñez has now since came out and commented on why she will not be playing the Green Ranger in the highly anticipated Power Rangers Dino Fury.
Alexandra Nuñez Clarifies The Dino Fury Green Ranger Situation
When responding to a fan on Instagram Nuñez clarified by saying that she was initially cast in the role of the Green Ranger however somewhere along the line she was recast with Tessa Rao filling the role.

This is not the first time in Power Rangers history that this has happened as in Power Rangers Ninja Steel Chantz Simpson was initially set to play the role as Calvin, however, was replaced by Nico Greetham shortly before production began.
