Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is one of the most beloved video games and stories to come out of a galaxy far, far away and now it appears that a remake is being made!
Knights of the Old Republic Remake Coming To Our Galaxy?
In an interview on Ben Hanson’s MinnMaxShow on Youtube, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier confirms that a remake of the beloved classic is in the works.
The Knights of the Old Republic project will seemingly be helmed by Aspyr Media, which has ported a number of Star Wars titles over the years to newer consoles. EA is said to have little involvement in the project. Aspyr Media, which was recently acquired by THQ Nordic, has also recruited a number of BioWare employees, the original developers of KOTOR, so that bodes well for the project.
