Along with new characters, the reinvigorated title includes adjustments to the fighting tempo and the addition of hit stops and jump dashes.

Risotto abilities will make him an excellent addition to the game and his knife-throwing ability will make him great for both long and close-distant combat. As a significant foe in the series, there is no better addition to the game as the first DLC character added to the game. It will be interesting to see how the balance in the game changes after the addition of a new character, as most fighter games often have a set status quo for common matchups.

Whether Risotto will become an overpowered fighter or act as a new wild card remains to be seen. The Season Pass is an exciting announcement since three more characters will be added to the game at a later date. It will be interesting to find out which characters and what effect they will have on the balance of fighters in the roster. The 2 exclusive costumes will be a great incentive, but getting the pack will grant early access to those that purchase the pass.

The Risotto Nero DLC for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R is now available on all current generation platforms. A season pass is also available to obtain the character, 2 exclusive character costumes, and even will include the three new additions coming soon.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
