“Congratulations on the decision to produce the second season of the Assassination Kizoku anime. It makes me even more happy to think that we’ll be able to see Lugh, Dia, Tart, Maha, and other characters who haven’t appeared in the first season in such and such a way…! We look forward to your continued support in the second season!”

– Illustator, Reia

It’s fantastic that the World’s Finest Assassin anime will finally get another installment after such a thrilling start to the story. The last episode of the series featured Lugh as he fought to save Dia, with a strong opponent requiring him to use a devastating custom spell. The foe, Setanta Macness, was extremely tough with his own unique abilities and powerful weapon. Due to his debut, it will be curious to know if there is a stronger opponent to feature in the next release. In the beginning, the first episode teased Lugh working with Dia, Maha, and Tarte taking on an assassination job, so it will be exciting to see how the four finally unite as a unit.

The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated In Another World as An Aristocrat Season 2 release date has yet to be revealed. Season 1 of the anime series is currently available on Crunchyroll, featuring all 12 episodes.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
