Additionally, Eiichiro Oda’s early work, Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation, is also set for an anime adaptation, premiering in January 2024.

THE ONE PIECE is being produced by WIT Studio, renowned for their work on SPY x FAMILY and Attack on Titan (Seasons 1-3). This new adaptation promises to provide a unique experience distinct from the long-running TV anime series that has been a fan favorite for over 25 years. THE ONE PIECE and Another of Oda’s Early Work Adapted into Anime

Monsters 103

In addition to THE ONE PIECE, Netflix is also adapting Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation, another manga by Eiichiro Oda, created when he was just 19. This action-packed anime follows the story of Ryuma, a samurai in a world threatened by a destructive dragon. Produced by E&H production, this adaptation offers fans a glimpse into Oda’s early creative brilliance.
