Voorhees joins the roster as a playable character when the game will have its official launch on Tuesday, May 28. Voorhees will work as a Tank class character, towering over the other fighters, and a moveset that incorporates his axe and machete weapons.

Jason also has a teleporting ability to show up right behind his opponents and stuff them into a sleeping bag, fatally folding a bed in half to launch enemies off the map, and more. The trailer also revealed a glimpse of Uber Jason, a new character variant for Voorhees based on his appearance from Jason X. The inclusion of his Uber Jason look from the film is a lot of fun.
