As movie theaters begin to reopen, theater chains are doing everything they can to bring people back to the big screen experience. Well, a brand-new featurette has surfaced for Marvel Studios’ Black Widow that is showcasing never before seen footage exclusively in movie theaters. With the movie only a month away, it’s not surprising to see Marvel Studios begin marketing the film at full speed, especially with the next MCU series Loki premiering next week as well.
New Black Widow Footage Screening In Theaters
The new Black Widow clips come from Twitter user @natsbatons that showcases bits of the featurette with segments of new images and commentary from the cast of the movie. The first video has actors Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, and David Harbor answering questions and debating who would be the best spy as clips from the film are being shown.
Next, we have Red Guardian making strange sounds in a scene where the characters are sharing a meal together.
Lastly, we then see Natasha landing on a catwalk with her new white suit while we hear the trailer narrator saying, “worlds biggest superhero in the biggest movie event of the summer.”
Black Widow will be the first big screen film for Phase 4 of the MCU after numerous delays due to the global pandemic. For moviegoers who are not interested in returning to theaters, Black Widow will also release on Disney+’s Premier Access services for $29.99. The movie is directed by Cate Shortland and stars Scarlett Johansson reprising her role as Natasha, aka Black Widow, Florence Pugh as Yelena, David Harbour as The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz as Melina Vostokoff.
