The entertainment industry is taking a big hit due to COVID-19, and Black Widow just became its latest victim.
Multiple shows and films have been either pulled or their production is being delayed, and one of the biggest superhero movies has now been affected.
Black Widow’s Origin Will Now Arrive Later
As reported by Variety, Marvel Studios’ Black Widow has been pulled from it’s May 1 release window. This is joining the list of Disney films that have been pulled including:
- The Personal History of David Copperfield
- The Woman in the Window
- Mulan
- The New Mutants
- Antlers
After it was announced that movie theaters in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington were closing, it was inevitable that Disney ends up pulling all movies they planned to release within the next month or so. No new release dates for any of the films that were pulled from Disney have been announced just yet.
