Doc Ock would arrive back in the boathouse from the end of Spider-Man 2, fully in control of his robot arms. In No Way Home, he mentioned that he was transported through the multiverse right as he “had his hands around Spider-Man’s throat”, and if that’s the case, then this might be just before the reactor melted down and he had to sacrifice himself in the river. I don’t know how much time he would have to change his fate, but I’m assuming that the writers intended for him to be able to make a change and survive the meltdown. If so, he would live in a universe where he and Spider-Man could work together as allies in the future.
Electro would return to the finale of Amazing Spider-Man 2 completely cured of his electricity, and without his powers. This also means that he might retain the new physical body and confidence that he found in the MCU (which was very loosely explained in No Way Home as a side-effect of traversing the multiverse). This would affect the ending of that movie enough to where Gwen Stacy might not have ever been dropped down the clocktower and may have even survived!
Finally, Sandman and Lizard would both return to whatever points in time they were taken from, creating Nexus events in those timelines as well.
However!!!!! Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men would both return to their original universes. This means that Maguire would return to the same world he left…a world where Norman Osborne and Otto Octavius are dead. Similarly, Andrew Garfield would return to a universe where Electro (as well as Gwen Stacy) are dead. Essentially, the events of No Way Home just created 5 more branch timelines in which the villains survive, but Maguire and Andrew’s Spider-Men returned to their normal timelines.
WILL TOBEY MAGUIRE AND ANDREW GARFIELD’S SPIDER-MEN REMEMBER THE EVENTS OF NO WAY HOME?
The answer to this is presumably, yes. Though Dr. Strange’s spell didn’t come with any fine print, I think its safe to assume that Maguire and Garfield’s Peter Parkers would remember everything that happened in No Way Home. Though the spell seems to be cast in very broad strokes to affect “everybody”, we know that Tom Holland’s Peter Parker still retains all of his own memories. So by extension, these Peters would retain their memories as well. They will have a full memory of their multiversal crossover, leaving the door open for more crossover stories to be told in the future.
DID ALL THE OTHER CHARACTERS IN MAGUIRE AND GARFIELD’S UNIVERSES LOSE THEIR MEMORIES OF THEIR SPIDER-MAN AS WELL?
This question is much harder to answer! Going off the rules established in the movie, it would seem that the characters in Maguire and Garfield’s universes might have gotten their memories wiped as well, forgetting that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Though this isn’t specifically stated, it does fit the logic. The first spell affected more than just Holland’s own universe, pulling in the villains and alternate Peter Parkers from the multiverse. Therefore it would stand to reason that the second spell, meant to undo the first, would affect all those characters in the other universes as well. In other words, if the “remembering” spell affected all the characters in the multiverse, then the “forgetting” spell would too.
Clearly, this would create big problems for Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men when they return to their home universes. For Maguire, he would return to an MJ that wouldn’t remember him. For Garfield, he would be forgotten by the Curt Connors who is still alive in his world, as well as Harry Osborne. This would essentially nullify some of the interesting character development of the past, so I actually doubt that Sony would go in that direction if they continue the story of either of those universes.

For clarity’s sake, I imagine that Sony would decide that the spell didn’t affect these other universes. After all, when Dr. Strange was describing to Holland’s Peter what the spell would do, he didn’t bother to mention to the other Spider-Men that their worlds would be affected as well. If he knew that the spell would affect their universes, he probably would have mentioned it, right?
So its not outside the question to assume that Strange may have calculated his spell precisely enough that it only affected Holland’s world, simply returning everyone to their home universes and only re-writing the reality of this one. It may not fit the logic of the spell 100%, but it certainly simplifies things greatly if Sony ever decides to make a Spider-Man 4 or Amazing Spider-Man 3.
