Reacher Takes on 4 Deadly Attackers in Action-Packed First Clip from Prime Video

Prime Video released the first clip from its upcoming series Reacher. The series will star Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher, a veteran military police investigator who has just recently entered civilian life. He’s is an old-school guy, drifting from city to city, leaving no trace behind. During his travel, Jack arrives at the town of Margrave, Georgia. The small town is apprehensive as its dealing with its first homicide in 20 years. What started as a simple visit, turns his world upside as he is framed for the murder. 

The clip below shows Jack in prison, having to fight off a gang by himself as his life is in danger. Check it out:

Season One of Reacher is based on Lee Child’s first Jack Reacher novel, Killing Floor, and is written for television by Emmy-nominated writer Nick Santora (Scorpion, Prison Break), who also executive produces and serves as showrunner for the series as part of his overall deal with Skydance Television.

What did you think of the Reacher clip? I am familiar with Alan Ritchson. I’ve seen him in shows like Smallville and Titans. I am glad the showrunners picked him to play this character. He fits the role much better than Tom Cruise. It’s like Tom’s version got the super-soldier serum and turned it into Alan’s. Don’t you think?
