Power Rangers Lightning Collection Omega Ranger 4-Pack has leaked on social media by Twitter user ralfão for the comic-exclusive team. The images reveal all four Rangers of Alchemy-themed Rangers as part of the figure line as the featured accessories they come with. The Ranger team has been a highly desired release as the team included Jason, Trini, and Zack in an untold story that followed the aftermath of the Shattered Grid event. The images reveal the four Ranger figures and the box art for the upcoming release yet to be announced by Hasbro.

POWER RANGERS: OMEGA RANGERS LIGHTNING COLLECTION 4-PACK

The Omega Ranger’s first debut in Boom! Studios Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comics during the Necessary Evil arc. The story ties in with the moment that Jason, Trini, and Zack left the series in the Season 2 series but reveals the true reason why they pass on their powers to Rocky, Aisha, and Adam.

The three Rangers were recruited by the Blue Emissary and joined by Kiya, who was one of the Empowered that was affected by the leak in the Morphin Grid. Although Kiya turned on them, the four Rangers worked together to help fix the damage caused by Lord Drakkon.

The original Power Rangers featured in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comics will finally be released as Lightning Collection figures. The Omega Rangers 4-pack will include the 4 Rangers, including Kiya as the Blue Omega Ranger. The images revealing the debut were posted by @EuSouRalf, which also feature the unique weapons for each Ranger and four unique attack effects. The pack excludes the later addition to the team, Yale, who is a cat-like alien that takes the mantle of the Blue Omega Ranger after Kiya. The leaked images shared by @EuSouRalf have since been deleted.

The pack will include the Red Omega Katana, the Black Omega Kamas, the Yellow Omega Hammer, and the Blue Omega Trident. Another pair of hands will also be included in the set for each Ranger. None of the Omega Rangers in the action figure set appear to include the head sculpt of the characters, including Kiya who is a comic-exclusive member of the team with no prior Ranger form. The Rangers will join the comic-exclusive lineup in the Lightning Collection, which features Lord Drakkon, Ranger Slayer, and the Mighty Morphin Tyrannosaurus Sentry.

Fans will be overwhelmed with the upcoming release of the Omega Rangers as fans have loved the design and the alternate story for Jason, Zack, and Trini. Although the cast portraying the characters left the series due to lack of pay, it was fantastic that Boom! Studios added a better reason to explain their departure.

The Rangers are also exclusive to the Power Rangers franchise, with the figures perfectly capturing their awesome aesthetic. It will be incredible if Yale and even the Death Ranger follow in future waves, but this will be a highly desired release that will likely sell out fast.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
