Celebrities aren’t any different from the regular folk and it looks like Guardians of the Galaxy star Bradley Cooper has decided to bring his Rocket Raccoon character to life.
Halloween is one of the few times a year when people are able to dress up as their favorite characters. Whether it is a kid who is going out to trick-or-treat or adults who spend their night at a Halloween party, October 31 is a day that is filled with sweet spooky delight.
ROCKET RACOON COSTUME FOR HALLOWEEN
On Tuesday evening, the actor was seen wearing a Rocket Raccoon costume while trick-or-treating in New York City. He was joined by his ex-girlfriend Irina Shayk who was matching with Cooper. The outfit consisted of a full one-piece suit that featured the original Guardians of the Galaxy uniform and a Rocket Raccoon head mask. Even though they were among a large crowd, celebrity gossip site Just Jared posted their Halloween outfits on their site.

ROCKET RACCOON’S FUTURE IN THE MCU
The last time we saw the spunky character was in this summer’s smash hit, Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3. The film was more centralized on the character and for almost a decade, Rocket’s past was a mystery. In the film, we learned that he was taken as a baby (this is where fans fell in love with Baby Rocket) to be part of the High Evolutionary’s (Chukwudi Iwuji) experiment. According to Cooper, James Gunn revealed to him about Rocket going into the third film.
“He did talk to me about that initially, too, that he had this sort of end game for Rocket and us learning about his origin. You never know if that’s actually gonna happen, and then low and behold, we get to this third script, and I read it, and I go, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s exactly what he talked about. It was — emotional is the right word. I watched a cut of it a while ago, and I cried pretty hard. I mean, it’s pretty hardcore. Little Rocket — he went through a lot, dude. He went through a lot.”

Sean Gunn, James Gunn’s brother and the man who provides the motion-capture for Rocket says that he’s known from the very first film that Rocket has always been the center of the Guardian’s story. “I’ve always been pretty aware of where Rocket’s place within the story was. He’s always been, in some capacity, the center of the story, which is something my brother James [Gunn] told me from the very first movie. And so even though it doesn’t always look like that, we get to kind of see how that all gets pulled together in this final film.”
There has been no current word on when we will see Rocket again in the MCU. From what was shown at the very end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Rocket is one of the leaders of the Guardians group and he will most likely appear in future Marvel films like the upcoming Avengers: Secret Wars and Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
