Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger is the upcoming vehicle-themed Sentai series debuting in 2024. The 48th Sentai series will take place after the finale of Ohsama Sentai KingOhger. Fans have been blessed with leaks and rumors that paint a better picture of a new Sentai series before they are officially revealed.

This year, fans have been waiting anxiously for longer than expected as the teasers and even the poster have yet to appear. Previously, the new Sentai revealed the full squad as a Poster at the start of December, with greater details leaked or rumored.
Boonboomger Sentai Major Details and Appearance Rumors Revealed
Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger rumors have finally been revealed again as they include key information about the team, arsenal, and their Robo. These should be taken with a grain of salt, but they reveal significant aspects of the toys and their design. This includes information about the Sentai’s appearance, the features of the Toy listings, and the relationships between the items and its members. Additional details about the target audience and the concept direction taken were also revealed.
Some of the major highlights include the Sentai including a tyre added to the helmet as a major part of the front design. There is also an anticipated appearance for past Sentai as Engine Sentai GoOnger and Ressha Sentai ToQger may appear in the series.
The suits have also been reported to be spandex suits, which use sports shoes and legs with armor plating as key design elements. The Robo is also mentioned as a team’s partner, with greater information shared about the role-play items and the Car Series that will feature for the 48th Sentai.

As previously rumored, the Boonboom Changer and Boonboom Change Axe are the transformation items for two different groups. Red, Blue, and Pink will be the main speedometer trio that is joined by the Axe-wielding Black and Orange heroes. The details for both Changers include a detachable gimmick and a form of accel button. However, the Boonboom Handle will be a type of steering wheel that only belongs to the main trio, with a gun mode, rod mode, and steering mode when combined with their Changer’s meter.
The Robo for the series also adds an exciting twist as it acts as a partner to the whole team. This Mecha was expected to be formed by a Bus-type mech but the new rumors suggest it will be BoonRed’s mecha, with the rest completing the form. The rumors also suggest that the Police set will belong to Boonblack, and the Builder set will belong to BoonOrange. There will also be many ways in which the other mechs can combine.
There are so many exciting features to this Sentai series but we hope that there will be at least 2 female members in this team. The tire used as a main feature for the helmet is an exciting twist since it is often at the side as decoration. The Changers will also be fascinating as they allow many attachment options, but it will be curious to see how the Axe Changer becomes a steering wheel, as well as all its other modes.

The Car series sounds like it will have a great abundance of different Gattai. It will be interesting to see how much of a balance it will have for representing each member. However, it does seem like the KingOhger attachment feature will be the focus of the whole series. It will be exciting to see the range of vehicles and see how the Robo will look for the first time.
