Citizen, the renowned watchmaker, has opened its new flagship store at 605 Fifth Ave in New York City, steps away from Rockefeller Center. This innovative retail concept, the first of its kind in North America, offers an immersive shopping experience, showcasing Citizen’s legacy in watchmaking.

A Fusion of Retail and Community Space

The flagship store, designed by Ken Park architecture, spans three floors. The first two floors are dedicated to immersive retail experiences, while the third floor serves as a community hub for events and activations. This level also houses a museum and archive, celebrating the company’s innovations in timekeeping.
