It’s up, up, and away time for the Man of Steel. The new animated movie Superman: Man Of Tomorrow released its latest trailer and we are gonna break down some of the moments in the trailer. So let’s begin!
Superman: Man Of Tomorrow looks to explore the humble beginning of Clark Kent’s transition into the hero that the world would come to know. In the movie he will be facing some interesting foes such as Lex Luthor, Lobo and Parasite. We will also see the beginning of Clark’s career at the Daily Planet and meeting Lois lane for the first time as well.
Superman: Man of Tomorrow Trailer
Superman: Man Of Tomorrow looks to stick to the introduction of Superman that was introduced in the Superman: Man of Steel comic line in the eighties. In those stories we see moments like Clark making his first public appearance, without having his trademark costume.

The animation looks great in the brief trailer. The details are crisp and clear, while the tone isn’t too comical. The designs of the faces stand out as they look a bit more like how the characters looked in the Golden Age of comics.
The trailer hints that Clark Kent will learn about his Kryptonian heritage and others will actually know that he’s Kryptonian. Such as Lobo, who refers to him as “Kryptonian” and has a green kryptonite ring on deck. Superman: Man of Tomorrow will also bring Oreo cookie lover Jonn Jones, aka Martian Manhunter, into the plot of the movie and set the stage for intergalactic adventure.
Superman: Man Of Tomorrow is set to be the first of the new DC animated movie continuity. Justice League Dark: Apokolips War brought an end to the previous animated timeline that featured such titles as The Death and Return of Superman and Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.
Superman: Man Of Tomorrow is set to be released later in the summer on digital and Blu Ray. What events do you think the movie will include? Make sure you comment below and keep your capes pressed with The Illuminerdi for more news and content.
