While we are just a few short weeks away from The Suicide Squad, James Gunn has been been in Vancouver, BC for 131 days shooting Peacemaker, a prequel to the character played by John Cena.
The show recently wrapped production and we have a first look at Vigilante, played by Freddie Stroma, and their suit. It’s not much but check it out below:

For those not in the know, Vigilante is a character from the DC Universe who is making his debut in the show. The Adrian Chase incarnation will be used in the show, but not much is known about how his character fits into the series.
This news should get DC fans excited. it will be interesting to see the direction Gunn takes the character in and how it will factor into the larger DCEU as a whole. Hopefully at DC Fandome or CinemaCon, we get more tidbits and info on the character and the show as a whole.
Peacemaker is slated for a January 2022 release on HBO Max and a potential second season is being rumored. Are excited for Vigilante? Comment below or over on our social media!
