Spider-Man: No Way Home has become one of the biggest films of the year both financially and narratively for Marvel Studios. The film brought back Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman, Rhys Ifans’ The Lizard, and Jamie Foxx’s Electro, villains from all Spider-Mans’ cinematic past. Additionally, we saw all the Spider-Mans of Sony’s cinematic past with the epic return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Mans. We also got Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock MCU debut and Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock/Venom.
In the post-credits scene of No Way Home, we see Hardy’s Eddie Brock make a surprise cameo. Just like the past cinematic villains and Spidey variants, who know Peter Parker’s identity as Spider-Man, he also made his way into Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hardy’s Brock/Venom entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the events of Venom: Let The Be Carnage. However, Venom’s time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was very brief as he returned to their world after the final battle in No Way Home, minus a tiny piece of the symbiote.

This little piece of black goop has fans fantasizing and theorizing on when Holland’s Spider-Man will come in contact with the symbiote and how he would look in the black suit. Luckily we might have gotten a potential first look. Thomas du Crest, a concept artist who worked on No Way Home, tweeted his take on a Symbiote Suited Spider-Man would like in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Tom Holland’s Symbiote Suit Spider-Man Concept Art
Venom and the Black Symbiote Suit have been iconic staples in Spider-Man’s lore. The symbiote showed fans a darker side of Peter Parker. The cinematic appearance of the symbiote is in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 3 starring Maguire’s Spidey. In the film, the symbiote fed on Peter’s frustrations and turned him into a jerk. After the tragic and heartbreaking events Holland’s Peter Parker has experienced in No Way Home, the symbiote would have plenty of anguish to feed on and could cause Holland to do some truly dark deeds.
To see Holland’s Spidy’s tragedy and the potential lead to his symbiote interaction, check out Spider-Man: No Way out now in theaters worldwide. The film stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Marisa Tomei, J.B. Smoove, Benedict Wong, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx. The film is written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, along with cinematography by Mauro Flore and music by Michael Giacchino. No Way Home is produced by Kevin Feige and Amy Pascal and directed by Jon Watts.
