Australian Survivor: Blood V Water Episode 6 Review – The Queen Stays Queen

The Queen Stays Queen! Check out our review for the sixth episode of Australian Survivor!

At the red tribe’s camp, Croc feels that he left his team down at the challenge, however, they assure him that that is not the case. Meanwhile, Amy continues her plan to take out Sandra by talking to the boys from Sophie’s alliance about flipping to save David. When Sandra learns of Amy’s idol she changes the plan to have four votes on Jay and three votes on Amy to flush the idol and keep their numbers.

Jordan urges Amy to play her idol which is confusing as he knew that the majority of the votes were going on Jay. Perhaps this was to trick her, however, he stated in the episode how he liked Amy and didn’t want her to go, so this doesn’t make a lot of sense.

At Tribal Council, Amy is forced to tell everyone about her idol which leaves her allies wondering why they were kept out of the loop. Ultimately Amy decides to play her idol, however, it was all for not as Jay received four votes while Amy and Sandra received three making Jay the fifth person voted out of Australian Survivor: Blood V Water.

EPISODE 6 HIGHLIGHT PLAYERS

In this section of the review, we will take a chance to take a look at some of the highlight players in today’s episode of Australian Survivor. Today’s episode was pretty much the Amy and Sandra show so I will be talking about those two.

Amy tried her best and honestly I thought she was going to pull it off. It seemed like she had gotten the guys to sway over to her side, convincing them that Sandra is a huge threat. Unfortunately for her, not only did she lose one of her greatest allies, but she also lost her idol. Hopefully, the tribe swap next episode does her some favors.

Sandra’s plan was so complicated that it needed to go down perfectly for it to work. Fortunately for her, it went down perfectly. I honestly thought that the boys were going to flip. Perhaps after the revelation of Amy’s idol that’s when they decided to stick with Sandra. Either way, Sandra has survived yet again and proved her status as the Queen of Survivor. Hopefully, this tribe swap will put her in a good position to finally break the “Day 16 Curse”.

FINAL THOUGHTS ON AUSTRALIAN SURVIVOR: BLOOD V WATER EPISODE 6

Overall today’s episode was unbelievably awesome. It is truly impressive that Sandra has been able to stay in the game this long while having such a huge target on her back. Sunday’s episode will definitely be interesting with the tribe swap. I especially cannot wait for her to reunite with her daughter, Nina. We’ll see if that will end up being a blessing or a curse for Sandra as Nina is here to play as well.
