Christopher Nolan’s latest project, Oppenheimer, promises to be a thrilling epic that will transport audiences into the tense and enigmatic world of J. Murphy plays the titular character, Oppenheimer, with Blunt portraying his wife, biologist and botanist Katherine “Kitty” Oppenheimer. Damon, known for his work in Good Will Hunting and The Martian, plays General Leslie Groves Jr., director of the Manhattan Project. Downey Jr. takes on the role of Lewis Strauss, a founding commissioner of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.

Joining the already impressive cast are Florence Pugh, who plays psychiatrist Jean Tatlock, Benny Safdie, who portrays theoretical physicist Edward Teller, Michael Angarano, who plays Robert Serber, and Josh Hartnett, who portrays pioneering American nuclear scientist Ernest Lawrence. Rami Malek and Kenneth Branagh also join the cast, making for an impressive lineup of talent.

Oppenheimer is filmed in a combination of IMAX® 65mm and 65mm large-format film photography, including sections shot in IMAX® black and white analogue photography. This marks the first time Nolan has used this technique, promising a unique and immersive viewing experience for audiences.

Nolan’s films have earned more than $5 billion at the global box office and have been awarded 11 Oscars and 36 nominations, including two Best Picture nominations. His past work includes Inception, The Dark Knight trilogy, Interstellar, and Dunkirk, each film showcasing his talents as a visionary filmmaker with an eye for detail and grandeur.
