JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS: NEW TRAILER DEBUTS

Justice League members from multiple earths team up to stop a great foe from destroying everything that exists in this new trailer

DC fans, brace yourselves and witness the beginning of the end for DC’s Tomorrowverse with the new trailer for Justice League: Crisis On Infinite Earths Part One. Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths is a three-part film. It centers on the Justice League team members from multiple Earths being recruited by The Monitor to stop a great threat from destroying the entire multi-verse. They are forced to put aside their differences with their evil counterparts to annihilate this problem.

The first movie in this trilogy would be the 7th installment in the Tomorrowverse arc and it’s set for release in Jan 2024. The other two movies would be released later in the year. It was first announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2023. This is the biggest crossover in the DC Universe with multiple storylines occurring. It’s not something you’d want to skip as a DC fan.

The Justice League Race Against Time to Save the Multiverse

Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths is the 52nd animated movie from DC Studios. It’s based on the 1985–1986 comic book “Crisis on Infinite Earths” which is a 12-issue series. It was written by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez.

The trailer opens with The Flash racing across time throughout the multiverse while multiple earths are being destroyed, which means that countless deaths occur. It instantly invokes feelings of anxiety, curiosity, and hype. Once we see Barry Allen trying to outrun time, we know something is about to go down. This is exactly the situation in this new movie.

It then follows with multiple versions of the heroes gathered together in one room discussing this threat and how they can stop it. We get a glimpse of the severity of this matter and why everyone needs to come together to stop this villain.

Crisis On Infinite Earths Storyline Predictions

 Crisis on infinite earths

While we may not get an exact comic book replica of Crisis On Infinite Earths, I expect a Superman and Lex Luthor team-up. I’m also predicting that The Flash may die as well as a version of Superman. We saw multiple Kal-Els in the trailer so I’m expecting a Dark version of him as well. Maybe Batman has to go all against what he stands for in this new movie. The possibilities are endless and I look forward to seeing what DC Studios has planned.

Crisis On Infinite Earths also inspired some other comic book sequels such as Infinite Crisis, Dark Crisis, and Final Crisis. It’s unsure whether or not DC Studios would adapt these into movies in the upcoming future. I’m an aficionado for anything DC animated so I’d love it if they do.
