Paramount Sets New 2020 Release Dates For Their Upcoming Blockbusters

Four of Paramount Pictures upcoming movies got updated release dates due to the coronavirus pandemic, including Top Gun: Maverick and A Quiet Place 2.

Paramount Pictures just changed some of their upcoming movies release dates due to the coronavirus pandemic, which includes the delay of Top Gun: Maverick, A Quiet Place 2, and The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run.

Because of the global situation, a lot of movies which were planned to get released during the next few months are getting delayed or even postponed. These four movies have gotten new releases dates.

Paramount Pictures’ New Release Schedule

Top Gun: Maverick, the long awaited Top Gun Sequel, which was supposed to get released on June 24th got delayed until the 23th of December. That means that it’s going on against Denis Villeneuve’s Dune and Steven Spielberg’s Westside Story.

A Quiet Place 2 which was delayed indefinitely a few weeks ago, now got a new release date on September 4th. That means it releases the same month as the third Conjuring movie, The Devil Made Me Do It.

The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run, which was supposed to get released on May 22th, got delayed until July 31th.

Chris Pratt’s The Tomorrow War, which was supposed to get released December 2020, now got postponed to an unset date.
