Booker T posted a picture of himself working out on Twitter, sparking debate over whether he might return to the WWE.

Booker T posted a picture on his Twitter mid-workout, but could this be a tease for a return to wrestling?

Royal Rumble is right around the corner to be held on Jan. 31.  WWE and wrestling fans love to see new wrestlers debut from NXT and other promotions during the Royal Rumble match.  However, something just as exciting is to see returning legends.  It is always a big surprise to see whose music will hit during the Rumble.

However, this year we may be getting a little tease via Booker T’s Twitter.  The double WWE Hall of Famer posted a picture of himself looking to be in wrestling shape saying he’s ready for 2021.  Only time will tell if a WWE match will be in his future.

Booker T Was Is Much More Than A Guest Panelist

Booker T is a name that isn’t associated with anything other than a guest commentator at this point.  However, he has amassed a very storied in-ring career spanning all the way back to WCW.

In 1993, Booker and his brother Stevie Ray debuted as Harlem Heat.  As part of Harlem Heat, Booker T would win the WCW Tag Championships an astonishing 10 times.  The pair were a staple of the tag division and made a huge name for themselves as a team to beat if you hoped to survive the deep WCW tag division.

After becoming basically the best tag team in WCW, Booker moved on to singles competition.  He won the WCW World Television Championship six times and the WCW United States Championship once.  Eventually he turned his sights on the WCW World Heavyweight Championship winning it four times.  Even as impressive as his WCW accomplishments are, we haven’t even gotten into his time in WWE.

Booker T Becomes The Five Time Champion In WWE

In WWE, he won every championship available or at least it seems like that.  In fact, his WWE accomplishments include winning the WCW Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, WWE Intercontinental Championship, WWE United States Championship, WWF Hardcore Championship, WWF/World Tag Team Championship, WCW Tag Team Championship.  He even captured the illustrious King Of The Ring title and became King Booker.  This doesn’t even include his time in TNA.

After Booker T posted his workout picture, fans began asking if the all-star would want to return for one last match.  The man himself replied with three simple words “never say never.”

Is Booker T Looking To Add A New Championship To His Impressive Resume?

Could we be seeing the beginning of a Booker T return to wrestling?  If I was fantasy booking this I’d say Booker T will be on the Royal Rumble pre show and he will get into an argument with a wrestler.  During the Rumble match Booker T will run in and eliminate that wrestler and it will set up a match at WrestleMania.

Would you like to see Booker T return to WWE for a Royal Rumble match appearance?  Would you like to see him have one last feud?  Who would you want to see Booker T eliminate in the Rumble or have a feud with?  Put a Bookend to this article with a comment or two below.
