Shared by to the r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers subreddit, “confirmed” by the moderators, and even liked by Vincent D’Onofrio himself, it is being reported that the Wilson Fisk/Kingpin from Netflix’s Daredevil series will appear in the broader MCU with episode 5 of Hawkeye later this year.
That’s a big sentence with bigger implications. If true, this would give credibility to the myriad rumors of Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil appearing in Spider-Man: No Way Home and She-Hulk, as well as future appearances of other popular Netflix characters like Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones.

The Reddit post also claims that the series will connect to Spider-Man: No Way Home, possibly supporting a December release window for Hawkeye if they take place in parallel.
It can be noted that set photos of both projects revealed scenes set at Christmas 2024 in the MCU timeline, so this already seems intentional. Of course, take everything you read online with a grain of salt, but… we have a good feeling about this one.
Following their alleged appearances in Hawkeye, Spider-Man, and She-Hulk, Fisk and Murdock would be expected to factor into the Echo series expected around late 2022 / early 2023.
Former Avenger, Clint Barton (Jeremy Renner) trains Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) to take up the mantle of Hawkeye.
Hawkeye is set to release on Disney+ sometime later this year and stars Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton, Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, Vera Farmiga as Eleanor Bishop, Fra Fee as Kazi, Tony Dalton as Jack Duquesne, Zahn McClarnon as William Lopez, Alaqua Cox as Maya Lopez / Echo, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova / Black Widow, and Brian d’Arcy James in an undisclosed role.
