There have been a number of stories where comic creators felt they weren’t given the credit they deserve especially when their comic has been adapted. SDCC has a panel, The Importance Of Comics Creators Owning Their Own IP, that will help creators and aspiring creators understand and navigate these waters. On Friday, July 22, the digital comics platform, Zestworld, will be making their Comic Con debut!
From 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., the Zestworld team along with some exciting special guests, will be discussing The Importance of Comic Creators Owning their Own IP. This has been a hotly discussed topic in the comics world over the past few years, and this panel will detail why it’s so important and steps that can be taken to ensure creators can monetize their projects.
