Lightning Collection Dino Charge Blue Boldy Unveiled By Hasbro Pulse: The Mighty Koda Has Been Unleashed

Lightning Collection

The Lightning Collection figure of Dino Charge Blue has been revealed during the 4th day of Power Week. The preview images were shown by Hasbro Pulse along with various new figures released in the line. The Blue Ranger was previously revealed on the first day and was already revealed to be released in 2023. The new Ranger figure preview also revealed the items that will be revealed as part of the pack. Fans of the iconic Ranger will finally be able to obtain the Ranger, who was part of the core team in Power Rangers Dino Charge.

Power Rangers Dino Charge first aired in 2015 and was the 23rd installment of the Power Rangers franchise. The show was the 3rd Dino-themed series and was split into two seasons, which included Power Rangers Dino Supercharge. The show also featured 10 Rangers in the show, including a comic exclusive that was planned for the TV show. So far, many Rangers from the show have been released as a Lightning Collection figure, including their head sculpt of the actor for the character. Here are the Dino Charge Rangers released in the line, along with the cast members that played them.

The new addition of the Lightning Collection line will see the awesome Blue Ranger played by Yoshi Sudarso available to add to the Dino Charge set. This will also complete the main 6 Rangers seen in the show, but the large team means that 5 other Rangers still remain to be released. Dino Charge Blue has also been shown to have his Dino Morpher, Dino Sabre, 2 additional hands, and a power effect as part of the set. The head sculpt in the set also includes the head sculpt of the caveman, Koda, with the hairstyle seen in the show. Here are the images revealed for the first look at the Dino Charge Blue Ranger figure.

It’s great to see one of the biggest fan-favorite characters of a recent Power Rangers season, especially since Yoshi Sudarso will likely share the first opening on the figure on social media when he gets it. The only thing that has yet to be confirmed is whether the Stego Shield will be part of the set since the other Rangers had their weapons included. These are only the preview images of the new figure so changes could be made before the release. More figure releases will hopefully complete the full team, but many will be seeing if Ninja Steel Blue will be released soon, who was played by his brother, Peter Sudarso.

Long time fan of Tokusatsu fan since Power Rangers was first released in the 90s. Whereas most Superhero fans grew up with DC Comics and Marvel, my childhood was surrounded by releases from Saban Entertainment such as Beetleborgs, along with anime, and other various fads of the generation. Anime is also a great passion with Digimon, That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime, and Demon Slayer being significant favorites. It was the love of both Power Rangers and Digimon that led to the path of becoming a Senior Writer for The Illuminerdi.
