After a long wait and many supposed starts, the cameras for The Mandalorian are finally rolling again.
The first two seasons have gained nothing but acclaim from audiences, critics, and the Emmys. While we won’t see Grigio and Din Djarin this year, at least we know that season 3 is officially in production.
Carl Weather’s who plays Mando’s friend Greef Karga and directed two episodes of the hit show has confirmed the news via Twitter:
What We Do/Don’t Know About The Mandalorian Season 3
We don’t know anything about the plot, casting, or even the release date at this point, but it is expected that Mando returns to the silver screen in December 2022. To shorten our wait, The highly anticipated first spin-off show The Book of Boba Fett will hit Disney+ on December 29. Perhaps we will get some more information at this year’s Disney+ Day, which happens on November 12.
