Spider-Man: No Way Home is just weeks away, and fans of everyone’s favorite Wall-Crawler can’t get enough of Spidey Mania. Ever since Sony and Marvel Studios revealed that past villains from Spider-Man’s Cinematic past were returning the hype level for No Way Home reached Avengers: Endgame levels of excitement. Fans cheered and rejoiced when Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus, William Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman, Rhys Ifans’ Lizard, and Jaime Fox’s Electro appeared in the trailer.

The excitement of a potential live-action adaptation Sinister Six is what is giving Spider-Man fans hype and euphoria for Spidey’s third film installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with its rumored sixth member shrouded in mystery. Now Sony and Marvel Studios released a new promotional video teasing Sandman and Electro on the Daily Bugle’s TikTok account.

Now in a hilarious new post from the Daily Bugle’s TikTok account, Daily Bugle Intern Betty Brant, played by Angourie Rice, shows recaps the arrival of Electro and Sandman in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She initially reports that New York is experiencing intense thunderstorms, the likes of which have never been seen in New York City. She also covers the mysterious sandstorms that have been appearing over New York City, even though there’s not a desert near the state of New York. She then concludes that super-villains are back and wreaking havoc in the city.

She is then ordered, via her earpiece, by Daily Bugle head J. Jonah Jameson, played by J.K Simmons, to attribute the strange phenomenons to Spider-Man making it seem like it is super-villains. The Daily Bugle TikTok post is very creative and helps set up the film’s events as well as serve as a promotional tease for Jamie Fox’s Electro and Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman. Hopefully, we continue to get more of these Daily Bugle TikTok news posts teasing and showcasing the other villains that will appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The DailyBugle TikTok might even cover news from other MCU or Spider-Man-related films.
