The Yellow Beast Morpher Ranger herself, Jacqueline Scislowski, could have been in Cobra Kai.
Jacqueline Scislowski is one of the most popular Yellow Rangers in the Power Rangers franchise. Scislowski’s Zoey was the first Yellow Ranger in the Hasbro era of Power Rangers. Her character Zoey Reeves appeared and starred in Power Rangers: Beast Morphers. Zoey was a fan favorite due to the character’s determination, perseverance, quirky, and fun-loving personality. Additionally, what made Zoey a notable character was her romantic relationship with the Gold Beast Morpher Ranger Nate Silva, played by Abraham Rodriguez. Besides Power Rangers, Scislowski has appeared in a number of other projects.
Some of Jacqueline Scislowski’s incredible projects include Cheer Camp Killer, Killer Competition, The Treehouse, End Of The World, and many more. With some of these projects, including Power Rangers, showcasing Scislowski’s stunt fighting ability, we wonder if she could appear in any future projects involving action. During our recent interview with Scislowski, she revealed that she auditioned for the current hit Netflix series Cobra Kai.

Cobra Kai is a sequel series set in the original Karate Kid movie franchise for those who don’t know. We also asked Scislowski her thoughts on Power Rangers is now part of the Netflix family and also if she would love to be part of a Netflix show similar to Squid Games. THE ILLUMINERDI: Now Power Rangers is part of the Netflix family. Is there a Netflix show you love that you possibly want to be part off? It’s because I could personally imagine you maybe on the next season of Cobra Kai.
JACQUELINE SCISLOWSKI: Oh My gosh. Yes. fun fact. I actually auditioned for Cobra Kai.
THE ILLUMINERDI: Did you really?
JACQUELINE SCISLOWSKI: Yeah, I did. but yeah, obviously I didn’t get that, but no, that would be awesome. I I’ve been just weirdly binge watching Grey’s Anatomy again. Okay. Okay. and I mean I watched Squid Games. I mean, obviously that’s like not, you know, that’s a foreign show, but like, I mean, if crazy, if they need somebody from America, like I’m yeah. I’m in.
THE ILLUMINERDI: Actually in the show they said the event here in Korea is our most dangerous so it opens up the world to maybe they’re being Squid Games in, in different countries.
JACQUELINE SCISLOWSKI: That’s right. I did Watch all of like the conspiracy theories on YouTube. Yeah. And I got so sucked into that. So true. Hopefully they Do bring one over here.
THE ILLUMINERDI: Yes. Now Power Rangers has been going on for 30 years now. And you know, like I said, Netflix is the new home for power Rangers and all the content if asked, would you come back?
JACQUELINE SCISLOWSKI: Oh yeah, a hundred percent. I would love to reunite with my castmates and just be back in New Zealand and see the whole crew. So that would be awesome.
With Scislowski’s stunt and martial arts background, it would not be a surprise if we get to see her in another action-packed project. Even though she wasn’t cast in Cobra Kai, it would have been amazing to see her part of the hit series. But maybe, and hopefully, she could still be part of the series in a future season. Also probably maybe even a series based on Squid Games. Then finally, possibly reprising her role as Zoey in another season of Power Rangers.
