Super Power Beat Down returns with a true clash of the titans, as it’s Godzilla versus Dragonzord in a fight to the death, in a new exciting short film from Bat in the Sun.

Super Power Beat Down is a series created by Aaron Schoenke & Sean Schoenke, with their Bat in the Sun banner. The long-running series has garnered hundreds of millions of views, while making the dreams of nerds come to three-dimensional life. Their high-end productions, stunt work, and performances, are made for the small screen and rival most big-time television projects.
On the last day of 2020, Super Power Beat Down delivers one of their most epic battles ever. Two of pop cultures largest figures, Godzilla and Dragonzord, will meet in the worldwide ring and prove who is the mightiest titan, or kaiju, of them all. Check it out below.
Super Power Beat Down: Godzilla vs Dragonzord
This battle is timely, as Warner Bros prepares to release their next Godzilla blockbuster in 2021, with Godzilla vs Kong. The long-awaited rematch between the cinematic giants has been brewing ever since Legendary released their reboot of Godzilla in 2014. The studio continued to grow their Monsterverse with the release of Kong: Skull Island in 2017. The Jordan Vogt-Roberts directed film starred Samuel L. Jackson and Brie Larson and went on to gross $566 million dollars worldwide.

The Godzilla sequel, Godzilla: King of the Monsters was next to release, however it slightly underperformed with a $386 million worldwide gross. That didn’t deter Legendary though as the prospect of the two fighting, and coming to HBO Max, will be too big a spectacle to be missed.
The twenty-seventh episode of Super Power Beat Down continues to expand the scope of the program, as you can’t get much larger than the King of Monsters or Dragonzord. It will be interesting how the respective Godzilla and Power Ranger fans will react to the fight… and the violent outcome.
It seems like Super Power Beat Down is bringing in the new year the right way and we can’t see what is coming next from Bat in the Sun.
